This is a really strange, mid century modern glass vase by an unknown artist! It is made of heavy glass---yellow rippled on the outside and green, crackle glass on the inside; this technique makes it look like the vase is flecked with gold inside.
Vase is heavy for its size--just under 2 pounds.
Vase measures 7 1/2" tall X 1 7/8" top diameter; inner top diameter measures 1 1/4".
It is hand made--the bottom pontil mark was polished off; the top was sliced off flat & looks like it was lightly polished.
CONDITION: Hand made, vintage, used condition, top shows many tiny "splits" in the glass---these are the green "crackles" showing.
There is also some chipping inside the top rim--please check all of my pictures carefully; it was hard to get a good picture but there are some small chips around the inside rim.
