Condensing Low-Loss Headers feature a stainless steel flow guide, which lowers return water temperature by 2–5°Ccompared to traditional low-loss headers. This improves the efficiency of condensing boilers or heat pumps, maximizing energy savings.
The Low-Loss Header (Hydraulic Balancer) separates boiler circulation from heating circuits, making it ideal for medium- and high-power systems (from 25 kW). It supports multiple boilers and heating circuits, such as:
Floor heating
Radiator heating
Domestic hot water
Independent pump operation: Eliminates the need for manual flow balancing
Desilter & air vent functions: Enhance system cleaning, aeration, and reliability
Boiler protection: Prevents low-temperature corrosion by maintaining optimal return water temperatures
Heat demand = Boiler output: System is balanced
Heat demand < Boiler output: Part of the heat returns, signaling the boiler to reduce output or switch off
Heat demand > Boiler output: Pump suction increases, signaling the boiler to generate more heat
