Ideal shaft size is .520 diameter, this allows divot tool to slide to the grip and stay in place. Larger shafts divot tool will not slide the entire way to the grip. Smaller shafts may require a wrap of waterproof tape to size the shaft so divot tool will stay in place. To install simply snap divot tool on to the small end of the shaft by the putter head and slide up the shaft till it stops on the shaft. To use slide it back down to the small end and pull it off.
