Manufactured from strong galvanised steel that has been coated in a weatherproof, rust resistant colour paint, this drop box is designed to receive multiple deliveries on a daily basis.
Dual Door Access
Featuring double door access, these new design parcel box are designed to suit all, allowing you to easily install the box almost anywhere outside your home. The front and rear access doors are accessible using your master key, meaning that the box can be installed to the ground, wall or even on a secure front gate. The Smart Parcel Box® is supplied with fixtures and fittings, please check that these are suitable prior to installation. The box also includes in extra large a thick PVC cushion for the floor of the box's lower compartment to help cushion parcels when they are delivered.

Shipping
Homescapes offer FREE standard delivery on all items. Orders placed before 7am will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri, Excluding bank holidays) on a tracked delivery service. Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days. Please note that Standard, Express or Next Day delivery does not apply for fragile or large furniture items.

Returns
Homescapes customer friendly returns policy offers all customers a 30 days returns period. Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange you are able to do so within 30 days of receipt. We ask returns to be unwashed, unused and returned where possible in its original packaging.
The cost and safe delivery of any returns are the responsibility of the customer, Homescapes will only cover return costs if the item is faulty.
Please note a refund cannot be processed without this form
Please ensure that returned goods are packaged correctly, if your item is damaged in transit it will not be accepted.

Furniture and Large Item Orders
Large and bulky orders are delivered using Homescapes own fleet of delivery vans. Should you change your mind once an order has been delivered please contact Customer Care to arrange collection. You will be charged £40 for the collection of any furniture or large item. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team through eBay. -
