We do accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of item. Please contact us with any questions you may have before or after bidding and/or before or after auction sale, so we may have the opportunity to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s) through Anna's Attic Sales, and we will respond ASAP (usually within an hour)! 

Buyer/Winning Bidder - Shipping/Feedback Policy: Payment via Paypal must be received for any auction item won within 3 days of auction close. If you would like to pay using a credit card or some other method, please contact us before bidding to ensure we can meet your needs. Once payment has been received, Anna will ship your item(s) to you on the same business day in most cases (see our "shipping and payments section"). Buyers are generally responsible for any additional costs including for special requests (overnight, insurance, gift wrapping services, etc.); however, Anna does provide free shipping and/or discounts on most items.
