Attention International Buyers:

      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with his/her local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying and how & where they must be paid. Delays or holds on your package after shipment are beyond our control and are the buyers responsibility

        The seller / shipper is not responsible for any items that are mailed or shipped out of the United States. If your package gets lost or stolen in the mail no refunds will be given. The items will not be re-sent unless re-purchased. It is unlikely this will happen but this policy has become necessary because of a few dishonest people. Tracking information will be provided to show the item was shipped but may not track the package once it leaves the local US Post Office. Once your package leaves the United States it is your responsibility.  If your package does not arrive in a timely manner please contact your local post office and/or customs office. Please be sure to choose a carrier you are confident will deliver the package securely to the destination. If you are not confident the package will not be safe please contact the carrier to have them hold the package for pickup. We are not responsible if package is lost or stolen after delivery.

       International shipments normally arrive within 8-10 working days but customs and postal inspections in the destination country can delay arrival. If your package has not arrived within two weeks of the ship date contact your local post office and customs office with the tracking number supplied to you. Most countries do not track packages so United States Postal Service tracking numbers only show when the package was shipped. If your package has not arrived within two weeks please also let me know and I will forward a request to the United States Postal Service Mail Recovery Department to attempt tracing your package.
