Product features
- Made of steel 1045 hot roll which is stronger, hardenable, easier to finish, and more fatigue resistant compared to 1018 cold roll. Hot roll will have less internal stress than cold roll and it will be more stable than cold roll after machining.
- Precision ground finish on teeth to provide a tight fit with the master jaw of the lathe chuck
- Pointed jaw in 120 degree angle
- Each jaw is stamped with a sequential number
- Supplies maximum concentricity on finish turning operation
- Can be bored or turned to customized workpiece
