Rare mid-century black and white aerial historic photographic image of unknown city and waterfront area!

The aerial image shows many interesting buildings including a stadium, bridges, railroad tracks, river, and large body of water.

Seller purchased photo from estate sale of military officer but location of photo is unmarked. Any help or feedback from viewers to identify the stadium or city location would be appreciated!

In good condition, photo has been protected behind plastic for many years. Size is about 34" × 34", will be shipped in vintage metal/ plastic frame system.
