This is a new, never framed authentic Thomas Kinkade print issued by Lightpost Publishing in 1996.  

The print's title is Cobblestone Lane I.  Print numbers 16 and 18 of 715 are available.  These are Gallery Proofs and come with the Certificate of Authenticity and brass title plate.

The print image measures 30" x 24" with approximately a 1 1/2" margin all the way around.  Print is signed and numbered on the print by Thomas Kinkade.  His signature is DNA encoded to eliminate forgery.

Print will be shipped flat in a print box in an acid-free sleeve.
