The green strap (Level 2) is 2-1/4" wide and provides 3-9 lbs. of resistance. This 80" long band can be used for light-level strength training, or in a rehabilitation setting. This is the second lightest of the compression straps that we sell. This strap will be too light for most adult men to use unless they are unusually tight like after an extremely taxing competition. Most adult women will do well with this strap for their arms & calves. This strap will be good for many teens' thighs but probably not younger children.
