DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will dispatch your order via the method you choose - usually within a couple of working hours, this is as much as we can do, as your parcel is then in the hands of either Royal Mail or another courier company. No deliveries have a guaranteed delivery date apart from Next Working Day service.

If you require your parcel quickly, or by a specific date we advise you to upgrade your postage from the economy service (which will usually be Royal Mail 2nd class service) as there is NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE for this service.

We will email you details of your order, once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. This may, or may not include a tracking number - depending on the service you choose. We are unable to give you any further information than this. 

Please don't get angry with us if you place your order and use the economy service, then the parcel takes longer than you’d like to arrive - we have no control over the delivery date (unless you use our next working day service), if you are confident in using the royal mail 2nd class service, please continue - the choice is yours. 

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

The cut off time for Next Day deliveries is 12 noon for delivery the following working day. No orders will be dispatched on weekends, nor should you expect to receive them on weekends. For instance, if you place your order at 3pm on Friday evening, it will leave our warehouse on Monday, for delivery Tuesday. 

 

STANDARD / ECONOMY DELIVERY

Please bare in mind that all Royal Mail services (excluding next day delivery) can take up to 28 days to be delivered, although they are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. 

Most parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your goods at your home address, please use a more suitable address for delivery of your order. However, it is NOT possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We always to do all we can to help you, but we are NOT able to change your delivery address once the order has been placed. If we send to an address different from the address provided by you via eBay, we are breaking the rules of selling on eBay.

Please check your delivery address on eBay carefully before finalising your order - we will send to the address provided by you. If it is incorrect, spelt wrong, or has the wrong postcode, we are very limited in what we can do. If you are then not able to receive the parcel at the address given to us, you will unfortunately be liable for the whole cost of this order, unless it is returned to us.

Please check your Delivery address before placing your order!!

We reserve the right to charge you in full for delivery, if delivery is attempted then taken to the sorting office for collection, and you do not collect the order, as it will then be returned to us.

 

CUSTOMER NAME AND PHONE NUMBER

We are unable to send any parcel that does not include a named person. If you are having your parcel sent to a Business address, do not just put the name of the business, we also need the name of the person of whom the parcel is intended for. We will have to contact you and wait for a reply if this is not included – which will result in a delay posting your order.

We won’t pass your details onto any other company; they are for our own use only. It is helpful therefore to have your phone number included in case there are any issues (as above for instance) so we may get a swift answer to any questions, and reducing any delay in dispatching your order.
