Buyer understands that Everything4sale-10 can not guarantee exact color expectations. Colors may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting conditions and is NOT a vaild reason for return.

If any part of your purchase is damaged or missing when received Everything4sale-10 must be informed within 48 hours. If it is determined that the part has been damaged during the shipping process I will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Only once the claim process has been completed will I decide what, if any, action is required.

Buyer agrees that any damages, and resulting claims, arising from shipment shall be satisfied solely through the insurance policy (the ?Insurance?) issued by the insurance carrier covering the Product shipment, and Everything4sale-10 shall not be liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance. All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within ten (10) days after delivery of such Product or such claims are waived in perpetuity. Any lawsuit by Buyer based upon breach of this contract or upon any other claim arising out of this sale must be commenced within thirty (30) days from the tender of delivery by Everything4sale-10.

CANCELLATION: Return request must be preapproved. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee per day that the listing has been removed from active listings. Order cancellation request that have been approved after shipment is subject to a 50% restocking fee and refund will be less shipping cost to and from the Buyer. A 75% restocking fee will be charged for all unapproved returns and shipping cost to and from the Buyer will not be reimbursed. Items must be returned in original condition, not damaged, tampered with or altered. Once the product has been received in its original condition a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If you would like to order a different item you may use your credit toward the new order but will still be charged shipping. No returns on international sales (excluding Canada)

Everything4sale-10 is not responsible for buyers? error or buyer remorse. The Buyers failure to read the listing details or asking approrpriate questions prior to purchase does not rise to the level of "Item Not As Described" but is categorized as buyer remorse.

Brake dust and wheel weight residue should be expected as well. Interchange guide should only be used as a guide and never as fact. Check your air pressure and balancing on all items prior to installation as air pressure often changes from car to car and whether air was let out for lighter shipping weights.

Everything4sale-10 does not have knowledge of the prior history of wheels/tires. Tires may have been repaired and/or plugged. Everything 4sale-10 disclaim all warranties and makes no representations about the existence or fitness of said plug/repair.

Tread life estimates are just that----estimates. When purchasing a wheel and tire set tires are to be considered free without warranty. All wheels, tires, TPMS and center caps are sold as-is with no warranty.

- At times center caps can be lost or damaged during shipping. If this should happen the center cap will be replaced or refunded. No center cap is valued at more than $20. Please allow up to two weeks for a suitable replacement to be found.
