Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx 2nd Day.

Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days for most U.S. locations, with East Coast addresses sometimes taking a few extra days depending on the carrier.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived by the eBay‑promised delivery date, please contact your local carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number so they can begin a trace. They can usually locate the package quickly, as it is typically already in your area.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, the carrier considers the delivery complete. At that point, you may file a claim directly with the carrier so they can investigate further.

2nd Day Air shipping is available in the lower 48 states.

Customs and Duties

All customs forms for the merchandise are legally completed.

Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.

USA Returns

Items must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging (retail box, inserts, and accessories) — not the shipping box or mailer — to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

For non‑defective returns, refunds will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee.

eBay’s automatic return‑label policy applies. If the return is non‑defective, the cost of the return label will also be deducted from the refund.

Return processing typically takes a few business days.

Packages marked “Return to Sender” or returned with postage due cannot be processed and will be refused by the carrier.

International Returns

Due to our low prices and rising shipping costs, we cannot accept international returns.

If a buyer chooses to return an item at their own expense, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding the cost of returning the item) once the item is received and inspected.

Replacements for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged, we will send replacements at no cost to you.

To ensure accuracy, a photo of the damaged part may be required.

Issues must be reported to Best Choice Mart via email within 3 days of delivery.

About California Proposition 65

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings to be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by the state as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposure to these chemicals from the products they use.

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the list of chemicals, which includes more than 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective August 30, 2018, which changed the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.
