BEWARE OF USED ATTENUATORS. UNLESS THEIR FREQUENCY RESPONSE WAS CHECKED, ATTENUATION MAY NOT BE THE SAME AT DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES
1. Seller reserves a right to cancel a transaction and refund the payment of a non US registered buyers, if in sellers opinion delivery service or customs clearing process in a country of destination may cause unreasonable delays or result in shipment loss. Exception is outlined in paragraph #4.
2. Buyer payments are collected by eBay and not the seller and therefore seller is unable to issue a commercial invoice.
3. If a non US registered buyer has a US shipping address registered with eBay, then the seller is only responsible for delivery to the eBay specified shipping address. Any delay, loss or damage for trans-shipped items is not sellers responsibility.
4. Non US buyers may chose to supply their own prepaid shipping labels (Fedex/DHL/UPS) along with a copy of a commercial invoice. Seller will refund shipping costs paid to eBay after the item reaches it's final delivery point.
