92° Coconut Oil is refined, bleached and fully hydrogenated. It possesses unusual properties that make it unique among edible oils and useful in many food applications.  It features an exceptionally tight melting point range, demonstrates remarkable resistance to oxidation (contributing to its extended shelf life), has a low viscosity and imparts a less greasy mouth feel when compared with other oils. This oil is GMO free, trans fat free and considered non-allergenic.

Applications:
