Product Overview

Low-Loss Header (Hydraulic Balancer) separates the boiler circuit from the heating system, ensuring stable hydraulic performance in medium to high-power applications (from 25 kW and above—ideal for average residential and commercial installations).

It is designed for:

  • Single or multi-boiler systems

  • Radiator heating circuits

  • Underfloor heating systems

  • Domestic hot water (DHW) circuits

By automatically balancing flows between circuits, the LLH eliminates the need for manual pump regulation. The integrated desilter and air vent improve system cleanliness and reliability, while also protecting the boiler from low-temperature corrosion caused by cold return water.


Operational Modes

  1. Balanced Load (Demand = Boiler Output)
    The system operates stably with consistent circulation and heat distribution.

  2. Low Demand (Demand < Boiler Output)
    When thermostatic valves close or demand drops, excess water returns through the LLH, signalling the boiler to modulate down or switch off, conserving energy.

  3. High Demand (Demand > Boiler Output)
    Increased pump suction indicates that more heat is required, triggering the boiler to increase output.

This automatic response ensures efficient, self-regulating system behaviour.
