See Photos.  Comes from a non smoking home.  Made in Japan.   Tested.  Works.  Sometimes it goes off right away.  Sometimes you need to give the cane a touch and off it goes. When you wind him up he bobs up and down while spinning his cane really fast. His head is set on a spring so it swings back and forth rapidly.  Acts like a bobble head nodder when not spinning.  Measures approximately 8 to 10" tall depending on where he stops from the last spin.  Overall in good condition.  Clothes are dirty.  Perhaps this is an Alps toy (?).  Seller Lot #1850.
