- Made from E52100 alloy steel and hardened to HRC 44-48
- Each collet gone through 100 hr of thermal aging process to eliminate grinding residual stress and long cryogenic treatment to improve wear resistance
- Internal bore, external surface, and end surface precision grinding to mirror finish wiht roughness tolerance of Ra 0.4
- Runout tolerance within 5 micron (0.0002") at 4xD position
- Shoulder on the front of the collet prevents chip packing or stringy bird nests below the collet chuck nut to extend service life
- Compatible with all other brand's SK series collet tool holder

Buyer pays ACTUAL UPS shipping & insurance, and a $3.00 handling fee for this item to be shipped to all states within the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska & and other United States Territories will ship via UPS BLUE. Canada will pay actual shipping costs plus duty fees via UPS.
