The Spotter can be powered by connecting it to its AC adapter (included) for steady continuous power or wirelessly with two AA batteries (included) giving it a vast number of uses throughout a home or office. For security purposes it can be mounted onto, or next to your front door so that you will receive an instant alert when it's opened whether it be children coming home from school or a potential break-in. For convenience purposes, use it to ensure your wine cellar is at optimum temperature and humidity or even next to a baby's crib to monitor their movement and sound while you're out of the room. The uses are numerous and because the spotter connects to your network via Wi-Fi its monitoring reaches stretch as far as your network; add multiple sensors to your home for more expansive monitoring or shuffle a few from room to room as needed.
