Panel attaches with a hook and loop strip applied to the upper edge of the panel reverse.

Two sewn-on ties can be used to secure panel in the tethered position by fastening to

two hook and loop strips at the top of the panel face. A small fabric overlap at the top

of the panel hides straps and provides a classic accent.
