Low Loss Header (Hydraulic Separator)

The Low Loss Header, also known as a Hydraulic Separator or Hydraulic Balancer, separates the boiler circuit from the heating circuits, allowing both to operate independently without affecting pump performance.

It is ideal for heating systems from approximately 25kW upwards, particularly where multiple heating circuits are installed, including:

  • Underfloor heating
  • Radiator heating
  • Domestic hot water systems
  • Multiple boiler installations
