How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within one (1) business day of your order being placed, except during holidays and weekends. All orders placed after 3 PM Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info provided.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS tracking system show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with USPS to report your lost shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away through "eBay message".
We will make every effort to accommodate your request however; we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.
