The following work will be done by a highly qualified technician with over 30 years of experience.

*The unit will have all new high-quality seals specially designed to outlast factory seals.

*The unit will be fully disassembled for cleaning and inspection.

*The unit will be pressure tested to ensure the pump is working properly.

*The Rams will be cleaned and inspected. Cross-hatching is essential for optimum oil retention. 

*The unit will receive a fresh coat of paint to help keep water from oxidizing the aluminum. 

The following items are not included in the rebuild price.  If any of the following items need to be replaced additional charges will apply:

Tilt and trim rams

End caps

Electric motor

Manual release valve

Valve body assemblies

Broken screws plus labor to remove them

ALL UNITS COME WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON SEALS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP.
