Products are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class or My Hermes or Yodel and larger orders DPD depending on value, and at our discretion .

We understand that people have delivery preferences, if you don't want us to use a particular company please message and let us know.  

Please note that eBay will give an estimated delivery date, this is not a guaranteed date. 

You may collect the item free of charge.

 PLEASE NOTE

All purchases will be dispatched the next working day, if ordering on a Friday or the weekend then orders are dispatched on a Monday. Unless it is a bank holiday.

We do combine postage and will send revised invoices where necessary

Please allow extra time over weekends and bank holidays for postal services

We do post every day

We do not try to make money on postage

However please remember that pay-pal charge commissions on postage for your payment to us, we also purchase packaging materials

Refunds

We do offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase

All we ask is that the item is returned to us with 7 working days and that it is in the same condition you received it.

We do regret that unfortunately we cannot refund postage for either the original purchase or the return.
