To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. I am an individual, not a merchandise store operation.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED and  buyer must REQUEST refund within 3 DAYS of receiving item despite the ebay standard return policy..

A  20%  RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH INITIAL SHIPPING (REGARDLESS IF SELLER PAID IT) AND RETURN SHIPPING.

IF YOU RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IT NEEDS TO REACH ME 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME IT ARRIVED AT YOUR HOUSE.  PLEASE PACK RETURNS SO THEY DON'T RUB OR RATTLE WHICH MAY CAUSE SCUFFS.  No mailer bags please.
