RETURN POLICY:

To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. I am an individual, not a merchandise store operation.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED

The buyer will be sent a REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION

A  20%  RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH INITIAL SHIPPING (REGARDLESS IF SELLER PAID IT) AND RETURN SHIPPING.

IF YOU RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IT NEEDS TO REACH ME 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME IT ARRIVED AT YOUR HOUSE.  PLEASE PACK RETURNS SO THEY DON'T RUB OR RATTLE WHICH MAY CAUSE SCUFFS.  

I WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOE  RETURNS SENT IN A BAG MAILER..
