These 4/0 cables are 36” long high quality Flex wire - two Black UL 1284, 600V, 105C, Tinned Copper stranded wire.  The lugs are 3/8" stud, non-insulated, closed end (for corrosion resistance), tin plated ring terminals.  Both ends are covered with corresponding black and red heat shrink.
