To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. I am an individual, not a merchandise store operation.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED.    Must be requested within 3 days after receiving item.

A  15%  RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND

I WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOE  RETURNS SENT IN A BAG MAILER..
