Removable insole. The Finn Comfort insoles can be easily removed and washed with warm, soapy water, rinsed and air dried. They should last for a long time.


These shoes were bought in Germany and often these models are not exported to North America.

All shoes are washed or dry wiped and polished.

All my shoes are from a non-smoking and a no pets household.

I ship pre-owned and to date no taxes have been charged.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Government regulations prohibit such behavior.


RETURN POLICY:

To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. I am an individual, not a merchandise store operation.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED

The buyer will be sent a REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION

A  20%  RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH INITIAL SHIPPING (REGARDLESS IF SELLER PAID IT) AND RETURN SHIPPING.

I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST SHIPMENT.  

I WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOE  RETURNS SENT IN A BAG MAILER..
