    To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. 

    Request must be  within 3 days after receiving item.

    The buyer will be sent a REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION
