Years ago, we purchased this piece of art from a Thomas Kinkade Gallery in Walnut Creek, California.As our art collection grew, we ran out of walls on which to hang our artwork and we sadly now have to let some of our beloved pieces go to a new home.

This Signed and Numbered Lithograph is on artists canvas. The canvas size is 20” x 24” and the  framed size is 30” x 33”. This is a beautiful piece of art. One can clearly see and feel on the canvas where this Lithograph has been hand highlighted with real oil paints by Thomas Kinkade's trained personal apprentice while under Mr. Kinkade’s supervision. The daubs and strokes of real oil paint that were hand added to this lithograph make areas of this art piece really stand out and pop.    

This Lithograph and its frame are in absolutely perfect condition. It has always been kept inside our home, well protected from any harm.

Here's an important fact of which you might not be aware. This piece is one of Kinkade's very early limited editions, hand signed by the artist. Being a very early limited edition makes this piece highly collectible. Our opinion is that the value of this piece can only go up.

Please note that this is the real deal, hand signed by Thomas Kinkade himself. This is not one of the mass produced copies that you might see out there that were machine stamped onto canvas and signed with an auto-pen instead of being hand signed by the artist himself like this piece is. Lots of items for sale out there are merely photo copies of original art stamped onto pieces of paper or canvas and framed. Don't be duped!
