Products are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class or My Hermes or Yodel and larger orders DPD depending on value, and at our discretion .

Refunds

We do offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase

Fabric cut to order cannot be returned

All we ask is that the item is returned to us with 14 working days and that it is in the same condition you received it.

We do regret that unfortunately we cannot refund postage for either the original purchase or the return.

We are a family run business and look to offer Fantastic Quality and Amazing Prices. All our Fabric is cut too order so that fabric batches are not mixed.

We don’t claim to be perfect; and if we do make a mistake we would like the opportunity to fix it before you leave negative feedback.
