Size 4- Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 12 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 13 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of jacket it is approximately 17.5 inches long.

SIZE 5-6

Size 5-6- Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 13 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 14.5 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of Jacket it is approximately 18.5 inches long.

SIZE 7

Size 7 - Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 13.5 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 15 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of Jacket it is approximately 20 inches long.

60% Cotton 40% Polyester.  Imported.  This is not a thick Jacket!  It is a zip up hoodie!
