However, insurance is up to your discretion and we cannot be held responsible for lost items nor damaged items due to the shipping carriers’ negligence. No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. We cannot accept returns for the following items:
