The Towa Tension Gauge is a necessity for all sewing machine sewers! This great product allows you to achieve the correct bobbin case tension for each project before you start sewing. Normal tension will want to read between 200 and 300 on the meter for this item. You simply put in your bobbin case with the bobbin and thread inside, and pull the thread according to the instructions inside. As you pull the thread to the side, you will receive a reading for the tension of your bobbin case. Simply, adjust the tension screw on your bobbin case to either tighten or loosen your tension to achieve the optimum tension for your project. No need to run tests on your projects every time now!
