This is a vintage Sheaffer Imperial fountain pen, made of blue plastic with steel cap and fine steel nib. The pen shows no signs of use.  It uses cartridges or converter. The pen is in excellent working condition. A dark blue (almost black) ballpoint is included and it may need a refill. Included: 3 short international ink cartridges, blue.
