This is a pretty Weiss brooch for any collector.  It is signed Weiss on the back side of the piece. The brooch is  in lovely condition.  All stones are bright and clean.  The base metal is a gold tone.   

The brooch  measures 2.5" from one side to the other. It has two layers of  rhinestones which gives it depth.    Stunning piece, to say the least. 

You might try wearing this on a lapel, pin it on a hat or a purse or just place it on a vanity tray for a touch of whimsy.
