 Good lead maintenance is important to keep your cell running 100%.

 If your cell lead ends look burnt and worn they will over heat and melt the cell head, if this happens in most cases a new cell is required.

To fit this new lead kit, you simply cut off your old connectors from the end of the cell cable, trim back the insulation and crimp on the new leads. Comes with heat shrink sleeving to cover & insulate the new complete connection.

INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure crimping is done with a good crimping tool (do not use pliers)

Place smaller heat shrink over metal crimps

Place large heat shrink over all the terminals

Ensure heat is applied evenly and no terminals are exposed after heating

If brass plugs are loose fitting then close them slightly

You must have a tight fit
