Returns

We Accept returns within 15 days from the time the order was shipped. All returns must be authorized by parts2audi All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may provide a store credit or a refund to the original payment method used by mutual agreement with the customer. All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging that the products were shipped in, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. If the product(s) was shipped in a sealed container, that product must be returned in that same sealed container without evidence of tampering. All returns are inspected, and we may deny a return based on our inspection of the product.Item such as gasket must be clean and unopen package

We do not accept returns on the following items:
