Orders Received Monday to Friday before 12 noon will usually be sent the same day, Items ordered over the weekend & holidays will be sent the next working day.
International orders are sent by either Standard Airmail, or by UPS courier depending on size, weight and value of order.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all our products against manufacturing faults for 7 days.
Please return any faulty goods to us for replacement.
Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
RETURNS
Goods that prove to be unsuitable may be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange. They must be in returned in the original condition (including any attached tag) and packing.
