• A return authorization number is required for all the returns and replacements. Items without return authorization may not be processed. Please contact TADragon for an authorization number before returning the item.
• Loose diamonds and engagement rings with center diamond must be returned within 3 business days.
• Shipping charges are not refundable (items with manufacture defects excluded).
• The items returned must be in original condition. No customized items can be returned, including re-sized rings and drilled pearls.
