Fuel Air Jet Gauge Tool 0.45–1.50 mm for Weber, Solex, Dellorto and EMPI Carburetors

This jet size measuring tool checks the effective hole size of fuel and air metering jets across the 0.45–1.50 mm range. It can also be used for careful jet cleaning within the supported gauge range, helping identify blocked or incorrectly sized jets during carburetor service.

The gauge includes sizes 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 140, and 150. Use the appropriate gauge carefully and avoid forcing it through a jet, as an incorrectly selected or aggressively used wire can alter a precision metering orifice. A separate 1.50–3.00 mm jet measuring tool is also available.

This replacement part is suitable for carburetor service and restoration work where the original component is worn, damaged, or missing.

This is a measuring and cleaning tool, not a replacement carburetor jet. Before use, verify the carburetor family and the jet type being checked, including Weber, Solex, Dellorto, or EMPI applications. Confirm that the jet opening can accept the selected gauge without force and check the jet’s geometry, internal passage, thread, seat style, and interface against the removed part or the carburetor specification.

Compare the gauge range and jet marking with the removed jet before making any calibration decision. Markings such as 45–150 should be cross-checked against the measured orifice, because identification numbers and actual hole size must correspond to the specific jet design.
