Product Overview – SafeTCap® ART-120-L
The ART-120-L is designed to repair the rear driver-side frame section of the 1998–2006 Ford Ranger. This area is known to suffer from severe rust, particularly where the bumper and rear spring hanger mount.

This kit is 14.5 inches long and overlaps the existing frame for easy installation and added strength.

This kit includes:

• Fully welded rear frame repair section

• CNC-cut and precision bent cold rolled 11-gauge steel

• All mounting holes pre-drilled for accurate fitment

🔧 Note: Spring hanger not included — you must reuse or purchase one separately.

Installation Notes:
This kit was designed with the DIY installer in mind.
To install:

1. Cut off the rusty frame section.

2. Slide the ART-120-L over the existing frame (overlap design).

3. Weld in place for a secure, lasting repair.

4. Reinstall or replace the spring hanger as needed.
