213th Honorary Member Medal

Great looking high quality neck medal for an honorary member of the 213th coastal artillery. Probably given to a wife or maybe next of kin at a reunion of gathering of some sort, but this is an educated guess as I have never had one to any unit. Check out the pics of this neat piece!!
