We are here to answer any questions about the product. We acquire these samples directly from the sales representative of the brand we sell. We do not get any samples or other in-line products from other sources. All returns must be mailed within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached. Upon, inspection we will refund the total amount minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
