I am breaking a near- complete set of 1974 Topps baseball that is just gorgeous. The vast majority of these cards are nmt/mt or better with a large amount of true mint cards. If graded these cards should fair very well. The cards are also for the most part near-perfectly centered but the centering does vary throughout the set  so please check the scan for centering on each particular card. The cards have sharp to razor sharp corners with pack fresh gloss and color, the scans don't do them justice. I have owned this set for atleast 25 years and it sat in a box in my attic the entire time so these cards have not been handled much at all. I feel the grading is accurate to conservative. I think you will find the cards graded nmt+ and nmt++ to be as nice or nicer then most nmt/mt found on Ebay. Please check my feedback to feel assured. If you are building a  very high-grade set, these cards will fit in more then adequately  Cards that are not graded nmt/mt most likely have a  slight touch on one corner.
