Now available is a true vintage 1940s-1950s D-Pocket horsehide leather motorcycle jacket, likely produced in Canada (Brimaco / Shields era). Features an authentic D-pocket design on the left chest with a chain pull zipper, double epaulets, action bi-swing back, and its rare original brass Lightning main zipper.

Condition: Great condition. Genuine heavy horsehide with age-appropriate surface wear, creasing, and character. There are fine white paint speckles/splatters on the sleeves, pocket area, and lower back (see close-up photos). The original main Lightning zipper is fully functional and zips smoothly. All pocket snaps and chain pulls are intact. There is some fraying along the bottom interior hem and cuff linings. The upper lining remains mostly intact with the original "Genuine Horsehide" tag present. Please refer to the pictures provided
