The Stardust are individually hand assembled, measured, and paired to ensure a premium user experience. The shells are constructed from a light, yet durable, resin, while the faceplates feature anodised aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frames. A unique Stardust faceplate print is embedded and finished into the faceplate. With a comfortable shape that seals into the ear, the Stardust is perfect for listening to your music in comfort.

The Kiwi Ears Stardust features a 1DD+4BA hybrid driver configuration, featuring a custom 10mm PU+LCP dynamic driver and four balanced armature drivers for powerful bass, clear mids, and detailed treble. With a lightweight resin polymer shell and anodised aerospace-grade aluminium faceplate, the Stardust delivers accurate sound reproduction and comfortable all-day listening for musicians, audiophiles and gamers.

Condition is as new. Box opened to check contents & show in one video demonstration. Warranty direct with manufacturer at their discretion.

I only have one of these, with no more stock, so replacements/exchanges are not possible.

Returns: Original and return postage is non-refundable. We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. We also reserve the right to deduct a fee equal to 25% if the buyer purchases an incompatible product (eg wrong size phone case) through not reading the listing description carefully. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

We accept no liability for malfunction or damage to end users equipment whilst using the products purchased from us. 

This is not a trial sale, test or try before you buy listing. No returns accepted for these reasons or change of mind purchases. If payment is not received within 72 hours of auction style listings ending, buyers are automatically reported, sale cancelled and the item re-listed. 

Please note, I am not a shop, change of mind returns are NOT accepted. This sale is not an opportunity just to try out the product. So please only purchase if you intend to keep the product. 

Fraud Prevention: All serial numbers are recorded & photographed. Photos & videos are also taken of packed parcels. This is to prevent swap out returns and fake claims. 

IMPORTANT - We do not post to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services. If your order is received with this address it is shipped at the buyers risk and/or can be cancelled at our discretion. 

DELIVERY ADDRESSES: We do not cover loss or damage for items posted to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations, Retail Shop Collections & overseas forwarding services - if your delivery address is for delivery/collection to one of these addresses we will not refund if the item is lost or damaged. It will be the buyers responsibility to claim from the delivery company and/or the service address company. 

However, we do deliver to established services offered by Argos, Sainsbury’s, Asda and other major retailers. 

If item is damaged or lost in post, a Royal Mail/Courier claim will have to be made by the buyer. Or I can make the claim and the refund will only be made when claim is settled. Packaging will need to be kept, including shipping box, photo proof of damage will be needed, and any damage reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES 

If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for paying any local taxes & duties levied. This applies to all purchases outside the UK. For Europe, there may also be a €3 duty, plus EU handling fee levied by your country. These fees are outside of our control. 

Any warranty claims will be down to the buyer to deal direct with the original manufacturer, at their own expense. I cannot guarantee warranty claims will be honoured in all circumstances, as not all manufacturers allow warranties on ex-demo products. 

If an item is used or second hand it will be detailed next to 'Condition' above.
