Graded Cards
• For PSA, BGS, or other third-party graded items, please note that we are not responsible for minor scratches, scuffs, or blemishes on the plastic slabs, as these occur during the encapsulation process at the grading company.
Inventory & Local Pickup
• Live Inventory: Our items are cross-listed on our website and available at our physical boutique in Brampton, Ontario.
• Availability: While we sync inventory regularly, an item may occasionally sell in-store before the eBay listing is removed. In the event of a stock conflict, a full refund will be issued immediately.
• Local Pickup: Customers are welcome to visit us at 263 Queen Street East, Unit 15. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm availability for local pickup.
Shipping & Handling
• Secure Packaging: All items are handled with care and shipped in secure, protective packaging to ensure safe arrival.
• Handling Time: We process shipments once per week. Please note the estimated delivery dates, as extended handling times may apply.
