As pictured, working. Note the missing plastic on the neck. Couldn't find a spec sheet for this but the screen is about 17"
The below tells you everything you need to know about my policies and the pros and cons of dealing with me - do skim over it if you have a minute.
I ship to all parts of the UK at cost price. I ship almost anywhere via eBay International shipping (prices controlled by eBay, if you're outside the EU, please do message if it is too much as sometimes shipping direct can save)
Shipping Damage
I know shipping damage is a very common worry for customers buying larger items. I like to be as transparent as possible so you can make an informed decision. I have been selling on eBay for almost a decade. My pictures aren't the most professional, but that's because I focus on packaging and customer service. I regularly ship valuable, heavy, and fragile items such as CRTs, vintage computers, Apple all in ones etc. I have had great success shipping all of these items - please see my feedback.
That said, I'm not claiming to be perfect. I shipped over 350 orders in 2025. Four were DOA without physical damage (three PC parts, one CRT) and one was physically damaged (a hard drive). All customers had the issues resolved to their satisfaction and most went on to leave positive feedback.
If you would like to know more about my packaging methods, just drop me a message.
Postage
I charge you what I am charged for postage except once in a blue moon on the most heavy and complex items that use abnormally large amounts of packaging. It is more expensive than some places. That is because I use Royal Mail and Parcelforce almost exclusively (they treat the parcels better than most couriers, I do occasionally use Evri for low value long parcels) and I'm not big enough to negotiate a volume discount or claim back VAT.
For items in this weight and size, combined postage can be hard - but it doesn't hurt to ask; I will tell you honestly if I can combine postage in good faith. Drop me a message, ask for an invoice with all the items in your basket, or buy them at the same time, and I'll sort a partial refund if I can combine.
Dispatch Dates
Dispatch dates are on a best effort basis; good packaging takes time & I work full-time. I usually dispatch well before the dispatch date (which is set to five working days on this item), usually 2-3 working days for this sort of complex packaging job. Unfortunately, on occasion, I have to dispatch after the dispatch date. In this case, I will inform you ASAP, issue a partial refund, upgrade the postage if you bought Express 48, and offer to cancel the order if you want me to.
If you're in a hurry or need dispatch to be delayed, I'm usually happy to accommodate this, but please message before buying to avoid disappointment.
Returns
TLDR: this account is run by one person who is reasonable, values feedback and wants to help, but they're only human and mess up sometimes.
If there's an issue, drop me a message ASAP with the details of the issue and your desired resolution. My goal is customer satisfaction, so my return policy is flexible to your needs, within the bounds of reasonableness. So please do actually tell me what you actually need to walk away satisfied even if you feel like asking for it would make you look unreasonable or unkind. It almost certainly will not, at least not to me.
I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot if you need it or to sort out a creative solution such as a replacement or partial refund, if you would prefer that over a conventional returns process.
If you decide to return and the item that needs returning is fragile, I will be happy to coach you through packaging it correctly. Please do ask for this if you need it - I may have to deduct from the return value if it gets badly damaged in return shipping.
If you're returning because you've changed your mind, please contact me or open a return within 14 days of the order date (the period you're legally entitled to return under the Distance Selling Regulations). If you're returning because an item is not as described, please contact me or open a return within 30 days.
In either case, I'm not going to be silly about this - if it's over still reach out, I understand life gets in the way sometimes and starting a return isn't always the top of your agenda. I reserve the right to decline if it's egregiously over the stated limit, especially if it's a changed mind return.
Whatever happens, it's important to me that my feedback account is as honest as possible so please leave feedback that reflects the negative aspects of your experience as well as any positive ones.
